How the Recovery Services Group Practises

The Debt Recovery Services team represents claimants in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and nationally in most provinces in Small Claims Court.

Our services include the extensive use of Legal Assistants and Process Servers.

We will work on a flat-fee or product-pricing basis, dispensing with an hourly rate to provide service to clients based on an agreed-upon fee schedule.

From initial credit review to demand letter to claim to judgment to garnishment, the Recovery Services Group is organized to work on an individual or volume basis and is fully automated. The use of high-end database tools, Web browser interfaces and a portfolio approach to practice management ensures that our clients have the best possible control over and access to the conduct and status of their files.
